I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help me build a list of potential acquisition targets in the corporate training, leadership development, and niche eLearning spaces across Canada (English-speaking only, excluding Quebec). You will use Google, directories, LinkedIn, and other public sources to identify small, owner-led companies that are likely approachable for acquisition (not necessarily for sale). Requirements Ability to identify small owner-led companies vs large franchises or publicly-owned firms. If you're interested, send me a sample of 3-4 businesses that fir the requirement.
