We’re hiring a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team remotely, managing vehicle logistics for our dealerships. We will train you to do EVERYTHING. You can grow with the job to also do basic accounting, office management, small team coordination and vehicle sales. Initial Key Responsibilities: • Post and dispatch vehicles using Centraldispatch.com. • Manage emails from dispatches and process them in Yooz.com for accounting. • Monitor and approve vehicle delivery confirmations (signed BOLs) in Yooz.com for payments. • Update daily logs for dealership deliveries, pending post-sale inspections (PSI), and bank wire approval to facilitate vehicle postings. • Assign transporters for vehicles from auctions or other locations and update logs. • Arrange inter-dealership vehicle transports via Centraldispatch. • Provide transport quotes for retail customers (out-of-state/international) using Centraldispatch. • Create and collect invoices for retail customers via Quickbooks.com. • Update billing weekly for efficient month-end invoicing using Xcel or Googlesheets. • Request international shipping quotes to facilitate shipping vehicles overseas; prepare delivery/port documents, and obtain Marine Insurance Certificates. • Email vehicle purchase order quotes to international clients (primarily Bahamas) and coordinate communication. Requirements: • Home office with a reliable computer and multiple 24” monitors (4 preferred, 2 minimum with split screens, or a 48” monitor split into 4 pages) for managing multiple logs and applications. • Flexible hours (8:30 AM–6:00 PM and 11:30 AM–9:00 PM as required and pre coordinated, rotating Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM) to coordinate with team. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Compensation & Benefits: • Starting pay: $15/hour, with raises based on efficiency and independence. • Opportunity to manage operations during owner/manager’s absence after 6+ months (with potential pay increase). • Two weeks’ vacation annually (ideally one 7-day and two shorter periods of 3–4 days), coordinated with team.
