We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented presentation designer to support high-level client projects involving investor decks, executive presentations, rebranding initiatives, and corporate communications. This is remote freelance work on a per-project basis. You’ll work behind the scenes with me (the client lead) on projects for startups, global brands, and enterprise clients — mainly in tech, healthcare, and consulting. Your job is to help transform rough content or existing slides into polished, brand-aligned presentations that are both visually compelling and strategically effective. Responsibilities: Redesign and enhance existing PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations Apply visual hierarchy, layout structure, and brand consistency Create custom master templates and reusable slide layouts Build presentations from scratch based on provided outlines or wireframes Visualize complex ideas through charts, infographics, and iconography Follow existing brand guidelines — fonts, colors, logos, and design language Deliver editable source files (PPTX, Google Slides, or Figma when applicable) Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and iterate quickly Occasionally produce 1–2 “spec slides” as client samples Requirements: Proven experience designing investor decks, pitch decks, or executive-level presentations Mastery of PowerPoint and Google Slides — including slide masters, layout design, and animations Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and information hierarchy High attention to detail — especially in alignment, spacing, and formatting Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines accurately Comfortable working with short deadlines (24–72 hours) Fluent English comprehension (written and verbal) Strong communication and project ownership mindset Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with Figma and component libraries Familiarity with design systems and style guides Prior work with startups, product teams, or marketing/branding teams Animation/transitions for live presentations Adobe Creative Suite (for icons or image editing) You’ll Work On Projects Like: Redesigning a 20–30 slide pitch deck for a startup raising capital Creating a new brand-aligned template for an enterprise client Updating slides for a product launch or executive presentation Visualizing survey data or product metrics in clean charts Cleaning and formatting decks built by non-designers To Apply, Please Include: A short intro describing your relevant experience Portfolio links — especially any before/after slide redesigns or investor decks Your typical turnaround time for: A 20–slide redesign A branded template with 10–15 reusable slides Your preferred work hours/time zone
