We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our computerized system.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products or services when appropriate.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language, if applicable.

Experience

• Previous experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and using customer support software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in cash handling is beneficial but not required.
