Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Inbound Agents. In this entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving inquiries via phone, email, or chat. This is a remote role suitable for individuals with a passion for helping others and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, billing inquiries, and general questions
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem and determining the best solution
- Document all customer interactions using the company CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, typing, navigating online tools)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection
