• The Remote Communication Specialist will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives across internal and external audiences. This role plays a critical part in shaping public perception, enhancing corporate branding, and delivering clear, consistent messaging across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely, accurate communication while managing media relations and social media content. Accountabilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
• Produce high-quality written content including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, brochures, and employee announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and manage public perception.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and communication campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
• Prepare internal communications and presentations to keep employees and stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Coordinate and manage events such as workshops, meetings, and trade shows to enhance corporate image and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely messaging across all platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of communications or marketing experience, including experience in the insurance industry (minimum 2 years).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinker capable of developing innovative communication solutions.
• Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
• Strong time management, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining alignment with team and organizational goals.
