Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Produce high-quality written content including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, brochures, and employee announcements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and manage public perception.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and communication campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare internal communications and presentations to keep employees and stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate and manage events such as workshops, meetings, and trade shows to enhance corporate image and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely messaging across all platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of communications or marketing experience, including experience in the insurance industry (minimum 2 years).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative and strategic thinker capable of developing innovative communication solutions.
  • Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and project coordination skills.
