Our growing Massachusetts personal injury and mass torts law firm is looking for a Remote Case Manager & Marketing Assistant to join our mission-driven team. This remote-only position is perfect for someone who’s a fast learner, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a team that’s making a positive difference in people’s lives. You’ll handle client intake, manage data in SmartAdvocate, assist with social media and marketing, and grow with the firm as we expand. We’re seeking someone who can work EST hours, has experience (or a willingness to learn) Canva, Photoshop, and video editing, and is eager to become an integral team member and future leader in a rapidly evolving law firm. As we expand, we’re seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager & Marketing Assistant who is remote-only, technologically savvy, proactive, fast-learning, and passionate about helping others. This is a long-term opportunity to grow with the firm and become an integral leader as we continue to scale. About the Role This hybrid role combines intake and case management with marketing, content creation, and administrative support. Initially, you’ll focus on intake calls, social media, and marketing outreach. As the firm grows, you’ll transition into full case management and potential team leadership. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a remote environment, tracks performance metrics, and wants to grow into a management role within a purpose-driven firm. Key Responsibilities Client & Case Management Conduct intake calls for personal injury and mass torts clients. Enter, manage, and maintain client data in SmartAdvocate. Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Request, organize, and track medical records, bills, and other case documents. Assist in preparing demand packages and case summaries for attorney review. Monitor deadlines and ensure all client matters are progressing efficiently. Track case metrics and performance indicators to help the firm measure growth and success. Marketing, Content & Social Media Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Design visually appealing materials using Canva and Photoshop. Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media and YouTube (experience preferred; willingness to learn video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Rush accepted). Respond to social media leads and inquiries; convert potential clients into consultations. Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Track and analyze social media engagement and marketing metrics. Administrative & Leadership Development Support attorneys with scheduling, client communication, and general administrative tasks. Learn and master the firm’s digital tools and workflow systems. Take initiative in improving systems, processes, and client experiences. Participate in firm growth planning, contribute ideas, and help build scalable systems. Progress toward a leadership or management position as the firm expands. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in a personal injury or mass torts law firm (case management or intake experience required). Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish required). Software: Must be proficient with SmartAdvocate. Design & Media: Skilled in Canva and Photoshop; video editing experience or willingness to learn. Work Hours: Must work primarily during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Technical Skills: Excellent computer literacy; able to learn new tools and systems quickly. Personality: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, empathetic communicator, and fast learner. Mindset: Self-motivated and eager to grow in a remote, collaborative environment with a shared mission. Preferred Skills Experience with mass tort intake coordination and national case management. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.). Understanding of Massachusetts PI procedures and insurance practices. Comfort working with data, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress. Desire to grow into a key leadership position in a positive, purpose-driven team. Compensation Competitive hourly or contract rate based on experience.
