Position Summary:
We’re looking for experienced, self-motivated 1099 agents who want to focus on selling—not managing lead vendors, software subscriptions, or licensing compliance. At Omnia, you’ll receive free, high-intent leads, full access to our CRM, telephony, and quoting systems, and ongoing training—all at zero cost to you.

What We Provide (All Free):

Agent Expectations:

• Must be licensed in at least one state for health insurance (additional lines encouraged)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in health insurance
• Experience as a 1099 or independent agent strongly preferred
• Clean background and strong work ethic required
• Tech-savvy, coachable, and able to self-manage in a remote environment

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (pure 1099)
• Uncapped income potential
