Job Summary
We are seeking a highly trustworthy, self-motivated, sales person who is comfortable working with every level of the heavy duty, commercial, transportation, and agricultural industries from individual farm owners and shop mechanics to Senior Purchasing Agents and CEOs of large corporations. Our Great Lakes hire will be working with our other Sales Managers in product blitzes and trade shows located in great cities all over the United States as well as individually responsible for business development of end users, dealers, and distributors of LiQuiTube Total Tire Maintenance in the Northwest.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the region.
- Work with our distributors to train their sales teams and perform ride-along sales calls on their customers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage in outside sales activities, building relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Exhibit at regional and national trade shows in the Farm & Ag, Commercial Trucking, Construction, and Mining markets.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings.
- Utilize excel and CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in technical sales is highly desirable; familiarity with value added products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, determine customer needs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
