I have an existing .fcstd (FreeCAD) file of a pillow mold that I need redesigned and prepared for 3D printing with polycarbonate filament on my QIDI X-Max3 (or similar) printer. The goal is to convert the design into a printable mold that: Has 2–3 cm thick walls (candidate should recommend what’s optimal). Uses a high infill (~80%) with an appropriate structural pattern for strength. Is split into sections/components that fit inside my QIDI Max build volume (30×25×30 cm approx). Can be assembled after printing (bolts, inserts, alignment features as needed).
