Part-Time Recruiter (Doers Only)
Langley / Hybrid | ~18 hrs/week

A Bread Affair is hiring a part-time recruiter to fill real roles in a busy bakery and retail environment. This is not a “post and wait” job. We need someone who can find good people, screen properly, and close hires.

If you do not have hands-on recruiting experience, please do not apply.

What you will do

• Actively source and screen candidates
• Run interviews and keep hiring moving
• Make job offers and fully onboard new hires into our systems
• Track candidates and results
• Improve job ads and screening
• Communicate clearly and follow through

What you need

• Proven experience recruiting for retail, hospitality, or production
• Strong judgment about people and reliability
• Comfortable using Indeed and basic tracking tools
• Self-managed and accountable for results

Hours

• About 18 hours per week
• 3 days per week
• Flexible with hiring needs
