Your role will involve identifying candidates who meet our specific technical requirements, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities: Source qualified tech talent (software developers, engineers, designers) based on provided criteria. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments. Coordinate closely with our HR team to schedule interviews Ensure a smooth recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. Requirements for Recruiters: Must be located in Vietnam (mandatory). Proven experience recruiting technology professionals in Vietnam. Deep understanding of the local talent market in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Highly motivated, responsive, and results-oriented. Tech Talent Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in tech roles. Independent workers who thrive in a globally distributed team environment.
