• Advise business leads on talent market gaps.
• Execute determined plans and provide guidance to clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners and business stakeholders.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Promote TD's brand in the marketplace.
• Lead advertising and branding activities to attract talent.
• Represent TD in various recruitment functions.
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLAs.
• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies.
• Follow internal and industry regulations.
• Participate in team development and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to a positive and equitable work environment.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services.
• Experience partnering with executive-level management.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex roles across multiple business lines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Human Resources degree or formalized HR training preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus.
• Experience with Workday (HRIS) is preferred.
