Responsibilities
Tes responsabilités en tant que réceptionniste à Laval :

- Accueillir les visiteurs de façon courtoise
- Répondre au téléphone et acheminer les appels
- Commander les fournitures de bureau et en tenir l'inventaire
- Classement
- Facturation
- Courriels
- Soutien administratif au besoin et selon tes compétences

Qualifications
Afin d'obtenir ce contrat de réceptionniste à Laval, tu dois posséder les qualifications suivantes :

- T'exprimer en français à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Communiquer avec des clients anglophones situés hors du Québec sur une base quotidienne
- Discrétion et confidentialité
- Avoir le sourire dans la voix
- Attitude courtoise et professionnelle
- Maîtriser Outlook et Microsoft office
