We are currently looking for a Receptionist to support our client in their Regina office. In this role you will work full time hours on a 14 days assignment.
Work Environment: Role is 100% onsite at the Regina office
8:30 am to 3:30 pm daily (with 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities
Greeting clients, answer and direct calls, organize meeting room booking and events, greeting clients
Support the physical operations of the office – Coordinating maintenance, vendor management, invoice processing
Represent the firm as an ambassador for our clients in the following roles – arranging and execution of catering services, meeting room management, mailroom and café service
