Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Resolve product and service related problems. Recommend improvements in inspection, licensing and safety standards. Ensure compliance with government regulations. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
