Responsibilities
- Reach Truck Operation: Expertly perform order picking using a Crown reach truck.
- Loading & Shipping: Load and unload orders, and prepare pallets for shipping.
- Production Support: Manually stack completed bags of dry-food mix (approx. 20-25 kg / 44-55 lbs.) onto pallets from the machine.
- Manual Order Preparation: Perform manual order picking to fulfill customer orders.
- Physical Stamina: Repetitively lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) throughout the shift.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and safe work area to ensure adherence to food safety standards.


Qualifications
- Certified Reach Truck Operator: Proven experience operating a reach forklift.
- Physical Stamina: Able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and stand comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
- Strong Work Ethic: Possesses a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrates good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
