Job Description: I am looking for an intermediate-level bookkeeper to organize my business finances and provide clear reports. The work will mainly be done in QuickBooks Online, focusing on categorizing expenses, reconciling accounts, and generating monthly financial reports. This is a short-term project , with the possibility of extension if needed. Key Responsibilities: Accurately categorize all expenses and revenues in QuickBooks. Reconcile accounts and fix discrepancies. Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cashflow). Provide simple comparative reports (e.g., marketing spend vs revenue) Provide Key performance indicators for business Generate a cash flow summary to track financial health. Suggest simple improvements for financial tracking. Requirements: Intermediate experience with QuickBooks Online (not entry-level, not CPA-level). Solid knowledge of bookkeeping basics and financial reporting. Ability to deliver clear, easy-to-read, and actionable reports. Ability to deliver on time and with accuracy. Communication in English (written). French understanding preferred (some transactions/documents may be in French). Bonus: experience with small businesses or service-based companies Deliverables: Categorized QuickBooks transactions (catch-up + current month). One set of monthly financial reports (PDF/Excel). Short-term project (approx. 1–2 months). Estimated workload: 5–10 hours total per month. Budget: open to discussion depending on experience. Application Questions (please answer in your proposal): 1.
