Job Purpose

To support the Quality Control department with filing, administrative, record keeping and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Enbridge experience is strongly preferred.
• Perform daily administrative tasks which include but are not limited to scanning documentation into applicable job folders
• Monitoring and organizing project documentation
• Requesting Non-Destructive Examinations
• Populating weld tracking log
• Transferring information from shop drawings
• Compile documentation for turnover packages
• Additional general Quality Control record keeping and data management
• Additional duties as assigned (ie. participation in process improvement)

Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Previous experience in a QC office is required
• Working knowledge of MS office applications and Bluebeam
• Ability to start and complete multiple tasks under pressure and with deadlines
• Detail oriented and committed to accuracy
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Works well in a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
