Have to migrate accounts from Quickbooks Online Canada to Zoho Books Canada for a small IT services company. Years: 2020 to date Multi-Currency 3 Bank Accounts Customers: 2 to 3 Customer Invoices: 98 (2020 to date) Suppliers: about 90 (small and big) 2024 Total Assets: CA$ 60K 2024 Top line: CA$ 180K Inventory: None Payroll: None Employees: 0 (Professional owner drawing dividend) Expected Outcome: 1. Import all bank accounts, chart of accounts, ALL transactions (invoices, payments, expenses, journal entries, etc.) so that I can access all old transactions in Zoho as I would have done in QB. 2. I do not expect attachments (if any in any transaction) to be transferred to Zoho 3. I do expect the Memo’s to be transferred to Zoho. 4. After the migration, the reports (Zoho and QB) for each year should match (BS, PL, CashFlow, Exchange Gain/Loss, Bank Register, GL, Trial Balance, etc.) 5. My final objective is to switch from QB to Zoho without any data loss (except for the attachments)
