**Project Overview** We want to build a system that can send 500–1000 personalized cold emails per day to CEOs at: * Tech startups * Finance companies * Accounting firms * Software consulting companies * Advertising agencies **How the System Works** 1. Find companies hiring (job boards + career pages). 2. Grab CEO details (name, email, title). 3. Clean the data (fix names, dedupe, validate emails). 4. Write 4-step personalized emails using AI (short, on-brand). 5. Upload directly to SmartLead into our existing campaign for automated sending. 6.
