Project Description: AI-Powered Procurement & Supplier Negotiation Platform (SaaS) I am looking for an experienced web developer (or team) to build a SaaS platform that automates the procurement process for companies of all sizes. The goal is to save buyers and procurement teams time and money by handling sourcing, RFQs, supplier communication, and negotiation in a fully automated way. Core Features: 1. Buyer Dashboard – Users can log in and submit purchase requests. • Simple items (e.g., office supplies). • Complex items (e.g., machined components with engineering drawings, materials, tolerances). 2. Supplier Matching & RFQs • The system identifies relevant suppliers and automatically sends out RFQs. • AI will search supplier websites to find the appropriate sales department contact emails and use them for communication. • Handles both standard and custom product requests. 3. Automated Supplier Communication • If suppliers have technical questions, the platform prompts the buyer (or their team) for input, then replies automatically on their behalf. • Requests lead times and clarifies requirements autonomously. 4. AI-Powered Negotiation Engine • Gathers multiple quotes and compares them against each other. • Negotiates with suppliers based on adjustable settings (e.g., negotiation aggressiveness, number of quotes required, target budget). • Focused on maximizing cost savings while minimizing buyer involvement. 5. Quotes & Final Selection • Consolidates supplier quotes and presents the buyer with a clear comparison. • Re-negotiates if necessary to achieve budget targets. 6. Pricing Model • Monthly subscription fee. • Percentage of money saved through negotiation. Objective: To build a seamless, autonomous procurement assistant that requires minimal input from buyers, manages the entire supplier communication process, and consistently drives cost savings.
