About The Role

N2’s Design team is looking for a talented Publication Designer who brings a keen eye for detail, strong layout experience, a willingness to learn our processes, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative team that produces high-quality publications every day.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The starting salary is $44,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Layout and design a large volume of pages of nationally distributed magazines.
- Work in a high-speed, deadline-intensive setting.
- Adhere to accuracy, brand, and quality standards.
- Have a “We, Not Me” mentality as a member of a team of designers.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:
- Strong competence with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly InDesign.
- Keen eye for clean, engaging, and well-structured layout design.
- Delivering design work with both speed and precision.
- Basic understanding of Google Sheets and Asana.
