- Who You are and What You’ll Do
- You are a Psychometrist / Psychoeducational Assessment Consultant with experience conducting standardized psychological and psychoeducational assessments under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate. You are comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns, and you bring a practical, evidence-based approach to assessment work.
- This role will be based out of our Mississauga clinic with some travel required to our Toronto clinic.
- Role Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments evaluating cognitive, academic, and behavioural functioning, with a primary focus on ADHD and mental health presentations
- Administer, score, and assist with interpretation of standardized assessment tools, including WISC-V, WIAT-III, and additional measures using Pearson’s Q-interactive platform
- Administer supplementary assessments as required (e.g., RIAS-2, KTEA-3, CMS, CTOPP-2, BEERY-VMI, PPVT-5, EVT-3)
- Collect relevant background information through interviews and collateral sources
- Collaborate with patients, parents/guardians, and other professionals to support comprehensive assessment and recommendations
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely written assessment reports
- Provide feedback and consultation to clients, families, and team members regarding assessment results
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices and developments in psychological assessment
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with external professionals as needed
- Apply evidence-based practices consistently in assessment and consultation
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Neuroscience required
- Graduate-level education in psychology or a related mental health field with coursework in psychometrics or psychological assessment considered an asset
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations required; experience with ASD or developmental assessments is an asset
- Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with mental health, attention, and/or learning concerns
- Experience administering and scoring cognitive and standardized assessment measures required
- Proficiency with virtual platforms and digital assessment tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

- BeWell Health Centers offer a range of competitive compensation consistent with your level of credentialing. This role will be based off a practitioner split model or base salary
