Our client, located in Montreal in the Mile End neighborhood, is looking for a Building Administrator.
This key role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of residential buildings. The Administrator will place a particular emphasis on tenant relations, property management, and the internal coordination of the organization.

-Annual salary: $70,000 - $80,000.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
All tasks related to the rental of the terrace, such as giving information, drafting leases, follow-up with payments, security reservation, meeting organization, and setting up a furniture plan for our staff preparation.
Calculate annual expenses.
Produce the tenant spreadsheet, municipal taxes and insurances, including presentation letters.
Follow up on open files and ensure timely resolution.
Send mass communications to tenants (seasonal notices, maintenance alerts, etc.).

Support the preparation of leases, renewals, rent increases, and occupancy tracking.
Conduct regular building walk-throughs and report maintenance concerns.
Coordinate minor manual tasks and place service calls as needed.
Maintain staff attendance, incident, and scheduling records.
Assist with organizing meetings, maintaining task lists, and documenting team updates.
Work directly with the CEO and other team leads to align operations with strategic priorities.
Maintain up-to-date emergency responder information and equipment manuals.
Respond to emergency issues as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Property Administrator (or equivalent role).
Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
Comfortable in a small, evolving environment where structure is still being developed.
Organized, adaptable, and resourceful — you are a person who gets things done.
Interested in long-term growth within a company that values initiative.
Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Critical thinking skills.
