Westcan Greenhouses is a propagation facility that grows perennials, shrubs, annuals, veggies and much more! We are looking for candidates that are able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday as needed. Opportunities to advance within the company if we see fit.

• Assist in harvesting, preparing, and sticking cuttings.
• Taking productivity numbers from the team and reporting to management weekly.
• Weekly sticky cards count and replace.
• Assist releasing biological controllers.
• Various duties required in a farm/greenhouse setting.
• Being diligent while working and staying on the task at hand.
• Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail is important to ensure that the quality of life of the plants are maintained.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
