This role starts with managing our mortgage clients, with the opportunity to grow into handling cross-industry accounts once you prove yourself. The Role We’re hiring a Full-time or Part-time Project Manager (20 or 40 hours per week). You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are onboarded smoothly, launched quickly, and supported consistently. Internally, you’ll coordinate with our creative and technical teams to make sure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time. This role is perfect if you’re organized, proactive, and love both working with people and building systems that keep projects moving. What You’ll Do: -Guide clients through onboarding, making sure all deliverables (forms, creatives, videos, etc.) are completed. - Hold clients accountable for their part of the process (reminders, follow-ups). - Assign and track tasks in Notion, keeping projects up to date and deadlines clear. - Organize and label ad creatives for easy tracking and reporting. - Run weekly client meetings and provide internal updates to the team. - Answer client questions via WhatsApp and coordinate with team members for solutions. - Support customer requests and admin tasks, keeping communication smooth. - Improve systems by documenting processes (SOPs) and spotting opportunities for efficiency. - Occasionally assist with AI video ad creation or delegate to the right team member. What Success Looks Like: Clients are launched on time, and campaigns are always moving forward. Project management dashboards are clean, clear, and current. Clients feel supported and trust that we’re on top of everything. Internal team members know their tasks and deadlines with no gaps. Daily and consistent communication with the owner, team members, and clients Compensation & Growth Starting Pay: $1,200 USD/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week) Room for growth: As we expand into partnerships and cross-industry clients, you’ll have the opportunity to step into managing higher-level accounts and earn more.
