Objective: We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager / Virtual Assistant to help coordinate our fast-growing AI brand. You’ll oversee the upcoming 2-Day AI Summit Challenge and ongoing online projects — managing systems, people, and execution from behind the scenes. You’ll act as the founder’s key support, ensuring everything runs smoothly while she focuses on content and sales. Responsibilities: Oversee team operations and task management in Notion Manage and update GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and funnels Coordinate with ads manager, sales team, and community manager daily Set up and manage Zoom webinars, challenges, and masterclasses (chat, links, tech checks, Q&A) Monitor Telegram and ManyChat for communication and participant flow Send reminders, track registrants, and provide clear event updates Assist with basic email setup, templates, and sequences Keep deadlines tight, hold the team accountable, and report progress Anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for instructions Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager or VA supporting online challenges or webinars Strong GoHighLevel experience (funnels, workflows, CRM) Excellent English writing and speaking — clear, confident, and professional Highly organized, proactive, and able to lead small teams remotely Comfortable with ManyChat, Notion, and Google Workspace Available for live event support (Zoom, Telegram, etc.) Preferred Traits: Quick thinker and problem solver under pressure Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-managed Sales-minded: comfortable engaging in chat to support conversions Bonus: background in marketing, coaching, or event management Availability: Immediate start — interviews within 24–48 hours Must be available during live event days
