We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us keep our projects moving smoothly across multiple clients and brands. This role is part-time (about 1–2 hours per day) but critical in making sure our team knows exactly what needs to be done each day. What You’ll Do: • Review ongoing projects daily and identify which tasks need to move forward • Assign and communicate daily key tasks to team members • Ensure deadlines are being met and projects stay on track • Notify our team of priorities and follow up on pending tasks • Keep an eye on multiple projects across different industries and brands Requirements: • Experience in project management (preferably with creative or marketing teams) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to keep track of multiple projects at once • Proactive and reliable with daily check-ins • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, etc.) is a plus Time Commitment: • 1–2 hours per day (ongoing) • Must be consistent with daily check-ins during business hours To Apply: • Share your project management experience • List the tools you’re most comfortable with • Let us know your daily availability
