• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience; minimum 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI (including dashboard creation, user access management, workspace configuration, and security/governance); strong SQL/DAX knowledge. PMP is an asset.  
• Project Management: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; knowledge of project controls and analysis, preferably in manufacturing services.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability in dynamic environments, and capacity to explain technical concepts to executives while collaborating across departments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently; judgment and flexibility to manage change effectively.
