To continue our growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager. This person will lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise in managing budgets, quality, and IT infrastructure. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within scope.

Duties

• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial constraints.
• Oversee quality management processes to ensure project outcomes meet established standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate program development.
• Implement change management strategies to address project adjustments effectively.
• Utilize (Software Name) for scheduling and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business process modeling to improve efficiency and effectiveness within projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage vendor relationships as necessary.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in relevant industries with a strong understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.— a minimum of two years is required.
• Experience or exposure to the roofing or construction industries is highly desirable.
• Proficient in change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with business process modeling techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Contractors Cloud and Google platform software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to speak Spanish is highly desirable.
