⦁Manage accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, collections, and reconciling accounts.
⦁Assist with accounts payable tasks, such as processing invoices and managing vendor payments.
⦁Provide training and support to employees on the new ERP system.
⦁Releases work orders to the manufacturing floor
⦁Costing
⦁Importing and exporting duties
⦁Prepare reports and presentations on project status for senior management.
⦁Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications
Qualifications
⦁Proven experience in a project management or similar role
⦁Background in accounts receivable and accounts payable an asset
⦁Understanding of a multi-corporation organizations
⦁Experience in the Manufacturing industry a strong asset
⦁Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
⦁Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
⦁Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
⦁Proficient with various ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite an asset
