Act as the accountable delivery leader in a structured environment (Azure DevOps, Lean).
Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition and planning through to operational support.
Organize, plan, and prioritize work in Azure DevOps, ensuring backlogs are complete and cross-team dependencies are managed.
Prepare and lead monthly executive status reports, including presentations, risk registers, and decision logs.
Lead Agile ceremonies and use Lean concepts (e.g., Daily Management System) to document and escalate blockers.
Manage post-delivery operational tasks, including weekly incident tracking, periodic IT access reviews, and supporting audits.
Update resource and cost projections, and coordinate all change management and production deployment processes.
Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven leadership, strong accountability, commitment to deadlines, and a rigorous attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with planning and backlog management tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present confidently at an executive level.
Advanced proficiency in both French and English (oral and written), with the ability to communicate easily in English, is mandatory.
**Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.**
Assets:
Experience in a Risk & Compliance context.
Knowledge of data-oriented environments (quality, governance).
PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or SAFe certifications.

We are looking for a rigorous, accountable, and bilingual IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate projects in risk, compliance, and data. This is a unique long-term hybrid opportunity in Quebec City or Montreal for a hands-on PM who excels at both high-level executive communication and detailed backlog management.
