• Minimum University Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or the equivalent experience on multi-disciplinary transit facility projects. Minimum 5-7 years of Design and Construction experience on industrial facility projects. Must be able to read and understand construction contract documents and CCDC Contract Registration with PEO is mandatory Project Management Professional designation is not required but an asset Knowledge of construction practices; procedures and quality assurance techniques Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication, and negotiation skills with an ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing as well as being able to independently write correspondence Strong project management and coordination skills with a keen ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; This is an Office based position that requires travel. Therefore, a valid Ontario driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
