- We have one temporary opening for the Project Coordinator position for our office located in Calgary AB. This role is being offered as maternity leave coverage with an expected end date in early 2027. Depending on company growth and business needs, there may be a possibility of extension beyond the initial term. The position will be reporting to the National Director, Operations.
- This is a hybrid position—work onsite Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Act as the key contact, facilitator and trouble-shooter for the policy holder, and the adjustor, from the initial call through to final job competition.
- * Provide helpful, articulate and timely service and updates, both by phone and through Xactware (the industry standard software platform) to the policy holder and adjuster throughout the entire process that delights them.
- * Promptly and professionally responding to all customer and adjuster inquiries, coordinating loss site visits, emergency and restoration work, scheduling arrival of materials, work crews and production schedules.
- * Effectively dispatching work orders to crews, processing deductibles and invoice payments, reviewing revenue and expenses of the insurance claims for multiple projects simultaneously timely and accurately.
- * Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
- Experience, Traits and Qualifications
- * Extraordinary organization and multitasking skills, able to administer hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously and accurately
- * A naturally customer-centric and sales-driven team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a “yes, can do” attitude
- * Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to communicate in an engaging, passionate and empathetic manner
- * Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customers
- * Computer proficiency, comfortable using different systems and applications
- * Previous experience navigating XactAnalysis and a Customer Relationship Management system is preferred
- Compensation: Starting from $55,000 depending on experience
