We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Programmatic Marketplace Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising platforms to guide our marketplace strategy.
- Clearly explain and present the opportunities, benefits, and risks of each marketplace to the team.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly update internal ad inventory for optimal monetization and availability.
- Manage partner ad inventory, ensuring it is consistently optimized for revenue performance.
- Initially focus on LiveRamp and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) for campaign delivery, measurement, and optimization.
- Provide additional platform or tool recommendations to improve reach, targeting, and efficiency.
- Future expansion to TheTradeDesk and AdForm.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and project plans based on market analysis, historical performance, and campaign potential.
- Align marketplace strategies with broader sales and marketing goals through cross-team collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of LiveRamp and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills to present complex marketplace concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in managing ad inventory for optimal yield.
- Analytical mindset with strong forecasting skills.
It´s a Plus:
- Familiarity with TheTradeDesk and AdForm.
- Understanding of data connectivity, consumer privacy, and data ethics in advertising.
- Background in collaborating across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this part- time (20h/w) position varies from (USD) $400 - $500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
