Role Overview: 

As a Program Manager, Marketing Concierge Services you will lead our dynamic team in a multifaceted role encompassing client and team management, financial oversight, problem-solving, and commercial expertise. This role requires demonstrated leadership skills, exceptional people management abilities, and a track record of successfully delivering complex programs. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our accounts while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering regular engagement and trust. 
  • Confidently present company and line of business offerings to clients, showcasing comprehensive understanding and strategic insights. 
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, promoting consistency, inter-regional collaboration, and best practice sharing. 
  • Provide project structure by defining project objectives, scope, and requirements based on client needs and expectations. Ensure alignment with project timelines, resources, and deliverables 
  • Assume accountability for the global success of assigned accounts, driving growth and profitability. 
  • Participate in account planning calls, providing strategic insights and essential information, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Ensure the financial health of accounts and strategically allocate and manage resource, striving for profitability in all client projects and managing budgets effectively.  
  • Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce regarding OIPs for managed accounts. 
  • Ensure project managers and delivery teams meet project objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards. 
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks for accounts, developing contingency plans as necessary. 
  • Identify client needs and propose relevant solutions, leveraging deep industry knowledge. 
  • Act as the escalation point for clients, addressing issues or blockers encountered during project delivery with professionalism and efficiency. 
  • Foster upselling opportunities with existing clients for additional products or services, driving revenue growth. 
  • Scope new projects, negotiate terms, and ensure legal documentation (contracts, MSA’s, NDA’s) is in place. 
  • Align appropriate talents and skill sets within the team to meet client requirements, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape 
  • Contribute to talent retention by actively listening to team members, providing mentorship, and addressing risks or providing positive feedback to the business. 
  • Support higher management by leading initiatives in other functional areas such as new product development, quarterly workshops, and best practice sharing.

  • Ability to connect various elements and translate abstract concepts into actionable plans and processes.
