- The Role
- We’re seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Lead to oversee reporting operations across three enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M in total value. You’ll provide financial oversight, integrated planning, and management reporting at the highest level, driving clarity, consistency, and confidence in decision-making across the organisation.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead the Project Management Office reporting function across multiple enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M.
- Develop, manage, and deliver all aspects of program, executive, and regulatory reporting in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Consolidate complex data across multiple programs to produce clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain integrated dashboards of financials, milestones, risks, and dependencies to enable proactive decision-making.
- Support governance and performance tracking across large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing PMO or portfolio reporting functions within a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools, data visualisation, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively across senior executive and regulatory audiences.
- Demonstrated success in portfolio governance, performance tracking, and integrated planning.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.
- Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting for bodies such as the OCC or equivalent.
- Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management (EPM) or PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, or Smartsheet).
- Financial services or consulting background within Banking & Payments.
- Experience managing multi-workstream portfolios exceeding $300M in total value.
- Advanced skills in data modelling or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
