New startup puzzle solving contest website is seeking a master of motivation and smart people person to recruit, train, and manage a expert team of SM influencers from around the world. Since the site is currently only offering English, we will be focusing on English speaking countries to start. Your duties would be to interview, screen and recruit top candidates to achieve powerful numbers of site enrollment and prize contest participation. The compensation would be determined by the volume of sales and repeat business your team generated under your tutelage and positive attidue leadership. There is no "free ride" being offered here. The amount of reward and monetary compensation will be based of RESULTS ONLY. Please don't expect being rewarded for "trying" or "failure."
