Yo-Yo Cookies® is not mass production.
It’s precision, repetition, pride — and real butter.

We produce premium all-butter shortbread sandwich cookies filled with all-butter buttercream. Our product is now sold across Canada, and everything begins in our Belfast facility.

We are building a small, committed team that takes pride in doing things properly — every batch, every tray, every log sheet.

Schedule

• 3 shifts per week
• 9:00am – 9:00pm
• Weekdays only
• Four consecutive days off every week

This schedule rewards stamina and consistency. It works best for people who value extended time off and can maintain focus over long shifts.

Before You Apply

• You are legally able to work in Canada
• You are already inside Canada
• You have reliable transportation to Belfast / Point Prim
• You can work 12-hour shifts consistently
• You are comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• You can read and write and speak English clearly enough to complete production documentation and communication

This role is not part-time.
This role is not remote.
This role requires physical endurance and personal accountability.

What You’ll Be Part Of

Our production team rotates across:

• Mixing and forming
• Baking
• Filling and assembly
• Flow wrapping and packaging
• Sanitation and cleaning
• Shipping preparation
• Temperature logs and batch documentation

We operate to food safety standards. Accuracy matters. Cleanliness matters. Showing up matters.

When one person doesn’t show up, the whole team feels it.

Required

• Legal ability to work in Canada
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Ability to complete documentation accurately
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Asset (Not Required)

• HACCP experience
• CFIA regulated environment experience

We will train the right person.

Immigration support is not available immediately.
A successful 6-month probationary period must be completed before any discussion.
