- Implement established organizational policies and procedures, providing thoughtful recommendations for updates as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and Product Development to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory and staffing levels to proactively meet production demands and schedules.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex operational challenges, efficiently reporting on critical issues.
- Act as a key leader in overseeing the daily functions of the production area to meet all safety, quality, and output requirements as a Production Supervisor.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a related manufacturing process environment.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong working knowledge of production processes, principles, and concepts within a Skilled Trades setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a solid mechanical aptitude and problem analysis skills.
