Responsibilities
Lead Production Operations:
Provide day-to-day leadership to the production team while acting as the primary technical resource on the floor. Ensure safety protocols, production targets, and operational requirements are consistently achieved with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain Quality & Product Reliability:
Champion quality control by spotting workflow issues early, resolving technical challenges, and upholding strict manufacturing standards. Ensure every rugged, precision-built solid-state device performs reliably in demanding field environments.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Partner closely with engineering to integrate new products into manufacturing, refine processes, and uphold a thorough, well-maintained quality management system that supports ongoing optimization efforts.
Oversee Equipment & Facility Management:
Manage production tools, equipment, and inventory, ensuring everything is properly maintained, calibrated, and fully operational. Contribute to facility organization and upkeep to support a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
Deliver Hands-On Support Across Operations:
Assist other departments as required—updating firmware, drafting or improving detailed work instructions, and providing support with shipping, receiving, and other essential production tasks.
Qualifications
Hands-On Manufacturing & Technical Expertise:
Brings over five years of direct experience in production or manufacturing environments, with solid knowledge of electronics, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and related systems. Background in electrical or instrumentation work—or similar light industrial roles—is considered a strong asset.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
A supportive leader who encourages collaboration, reinforces accountability, and fosters a culture centered on high standards and continuous improvement.
Problem Solver & Critical Thinker:
Demonstrated ability to pinpoint operational inefficiencies, troubleshoot technical issues, and introduce process enhancements that lead to meaningful performance gains.

Clear & Confident Communication:
