- Base salary range for Production planner between 65,000$ and 78,000$ CAD annually

- Identify production constraints and communicate them to clarify the S&OP plan
- Execute the S&OP plan from a production planning perspective
- Establish, review, and optimize MRP parameters
- Develop and maintain the main production schedule (short to medium term) for your group of plants to maximize resources, optimize inventory, and ensure quality customer service
- Identify and validate procurement/requisition needs
- Create and manage production blocks within production cycles (planned orders)
- Keep the medium- and long-term planning board up to date for your function
- Manage contingencies between plants in collaboration with the production manager
- Communicate discrepancies and propose alternative scenarios within your planning horizon
- Collaborate with the master data analyst to maintain items in the material master file under your responsibility: bill of materials, routing, and production versions
- Establish the optimal production sequence for the medium and long term

You too, put forward your strengths:
- Bachelor’s degree in planning, supply chain, or equivalent. A combination of education and experience will be considered
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning (knowledge of planning and distribution operations)
- Knowledge of SAP APO (an asset), Microsoft Office, and strong computer skills
- Good priority management, responsibility, and proactivity
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present plans to your team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States
