About the Role

We are currently hiring Production Line Staff to support our treating, packaging, and production operations during a peak production period. This is a 3-month contract position with a possibility for extension focused on safe, efficient, and accurate execution of production tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and works well as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production & Line Support

• Assist with treating, packaging, and production-line activities
• Support material handling, staging, and preparation of product
• Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
• Help maintain steady production flow

Treating & Packaging Assistance

• Assist with treating and packaging following established procedures
• Ensure product is packaged, labeled, and handled correctly
• Monitor tasks for accuracy and report concerns promptly

Quality & Documentation

• Follow quality control and documentation requirements
• Complete assigned production or treating records accurately
• Report errors or variances immediately

Equipment & Area Readiness

• Assist with equipment setup and basic cleaning
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

Safety & Teamwork

• Follow all Health & Safety policies and wear required PPE
• Report unsafe conditions or near misses
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members
• Be flexible and supportive during busy production periods

Previous production or agricultural experience is an asset but not required — training will be provided.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Operations Manager
• Day-to-day direction provided by: Operations Supervisor / Operations Manager
• This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
