Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production/ Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facilities.

Shift: Afternoon

Responsibilities:

• Able to seamlessly transition between production duties and laundry tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output in both areas. This includes operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both production and laundry settings.
• Use knives and other cutting tools to cut, trim, and debone meat products according to specifications on the production floor.
• Organize and maintain the inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Clean and organize all lunchrooms.
• Brew coffee and monitor coffee supplies to ensure availability.
• Ensure all laundry areas are clean and organized.
• Change garbage bags regularly to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean glass doors and the parking lot as needed.
• Retrieve supplies from the storage room and organize them in designated areas.
• Monitor and restock supplies in the boardroom to ensure they are readily available.
• Regularly check and clean washrooms, restocking supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Track contractor employees, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Post schedules and newsletters in all trailers and lunchrooms for employee information.
• Fill out the Fire Watch Patrol Log Sheet in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize First Aid Level 2 certification to provide first aid assistance when needed.
• Ensure all first aid kits and supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Wash and fold gloves for employees, ensuring they are clean and ready for use
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Skills:

- First Aid Level 2 certification is required.
- Multi tasking and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong organizational skills to manage laundry inventory effectively
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.80-$20.55 per hour
