- Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing and Management leader to drive the growth, positioning, and market success of Vention’s Application and Hardware products. This role combines strategic product management with creative marketing execution, ensuring our products not only meet customer needs but also outshine the competition.
What you'll do
- Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Own product marketing for Vention’s Application and Hardware portfolio, crafting compelling technical messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including target audience identification, channel selection, campaign design, co-marketing opportunities, and ongoing engagement strategies.
- Develop and communicate clear product strategies aligned with Vention’s overall objectives, ensuring products drive customer value and business growth.
- Lead all marketing deliverables in the product launch process, maintaining momentum and relevance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive demand for existing products through continuous optimization of messaging, collateral, and campaigns.
- Product Management & Competitive Intelligence
- Collaborate with Product Managers to monitor competitive products and go-to-market strategies, staying abreast of industry trends and customer feedback to inform decisions.
- Partner with Sales stakeholders to benchmark products and provide pricing guidance for Vention’s Application offerings.
- Contribute market insights to the Annual Product Roadmap and Quarterly Product Review (QPR), influencing new product investments.
- Marketing Communications & Thought Leadership
- Serve as the technical authority within the marketing team, providing guidance on messaging, copywriting, visual selection, and campaign execution.
- Brief and review brand support activities across social media, email, website updates, and other communications channels.
- Support events, tradeshows, and content initiatives with product and industry expertise.
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate patterns, conduct AB testing, and leverage user feedback for continuous product and experience improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to equip Account Executives with clear product messaging, competitive positioning, and objection-handling tools.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and storytelling that effectively communicate product value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, hardware, or industrial applications.
- Proven experience leading successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and using market intelligence to drive product strategy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data, AB testing, and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, design, and engineering teams.
- Experience managing marketing collateral, campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
