The Product Manager will lead the development and management of trading API products, driving features that enhance user experience and product adoption. - Accountabilities
As a Product Manager - Trading API, you will
- Drive product strategy for trading API initiatives by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and ROI.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to validate solutions and inform decisions.
- Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, aligning short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze user funnels, identify friction points, and implement optimizations to enhance product performance and growth.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives to address evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Trading, or developing a product independently.
- Strong passion for trading, markets, and financial products.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Highly self-driven, with exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
