Location: Charlotte, NC; Florham Park, NJ Purpose Drive growth and retention of customers in the North American parcel segment by aligning product strategy with sales priorities, segment targeting, and operational delivery. This role ensures product-market fit and scalability by bridging customer feedback, GTM execution, and product development. Key Responsibilities Lead segment prioritization and support strategic pipeline development in coordination with Sales and Marketing. Define, test, and iterate GTM strategy and onboarding experience for high-potential customer segments. Act as the technical product lead in customer conversations to validate fit and unblock adoption. Support pricing, packaging, and offer design to drive conversion and retention. Collect and structure market feedback into clear product requirements for global backlog consideration. Partner with product managers to align features and configurations to regional commercial needs. Driving product-led revenue from the NAM region Supporting Sales with value propositions, tools, and insights Translating market learnings into a global product backlog Regional pricing and SLA configuration Product roadmap prioritization and segment-specific features GTM launches, campaign planning, and comms strategy Required Experience and Skills Strong analytical and commercial acumen GTM strategy and product positioning expertise Deep understanding of product lifecycle and customer onboarding Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing presence Familiarity with parcel logistics or digital B2B services is preferred Job Type: Full Time This role allows the selected candidate to work from home 2 days per week as part of our flexible work policy. Salary: $87,000 - $105,000* *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
