I’m looking for a skilled product designer with experience in CNC machining and manufacturing. You must have had past products get manufactured via CNC and die casting. I'm looking for someone to take my concepts, improve them and design production-ready CAD models + preparing full manufacturing packages (drawings, tolerances, material callouts, specs) that can go directly to a CNC shop. What you’ll do: - Design and refine parts with manufacturability in mind. Advise on costs for production. - Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings - Deliver complete manufacturing packages for CNC suppliers - Bonus if you can connect me with reliable, affordable CNC manufacturers What I’m looking for: - Experience designing for CNC machining (aluminum, steel, wood etc) - Experience manufacturing CNC parts (die cast part experience is a bonus) - Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar) - Deep knowledge of manufacturing. - Knowledge of tolerances, finishes, and machining processes - Clear communication and attention to detail
