<p><strong style="font-size:11pt;">Overview:</strong><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">We are seeking a </span><span style="font-size:11pt;color:rgb(8,7,7);">Sr. </span><span style="font-size:11pt;">Product Designer to lead and evolve the immersive setup experience across VR and mobile platforms. This role focuses on pre-OTA workflows, mobile design systems, and large process flows. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical adaptability, autonomy, and collaboration skills, particularly with engineering teams.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span><p><strong style="font-size:11pt;">Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Own the design of headset setup experiences, including unboxing, initial onboarding, and pre-OTA workflows that must be finalized before factory deployment.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Maintain and evolve large, complex design systems and Figma diagrams, ensuring clarity, adaptability, and scalability.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with hardware constraints.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Drive platformization and scalable design patterns across multi-device</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">ecosystems.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Influence product roadmaps and strategic direction in collaboration with cross-functional partners.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Interface effectively with engineering to oversee OTA flows and OEM integrations.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Think holistically about user flows including login, account creation, and credential management, with the ability to context switch as needed.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;">• Lead multiple strategic initiatives including cross-platform integration, content engagement and retention, and UX system development.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span><p><strong style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">Qualifications:</strong><p><span style="font-size:14.6667px;">• 8-10+ years of design experience and experience working within hardware device products </span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">• Proven experience designing for immersive technologies and mobile platforms.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Strong understanding of pre-OTA workflows and hardware-software integration.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Expertise in maintaining large process systems and creating scalable UX frameworks.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines, especially with engineering.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Ability to work independently and autonomously with a strong technical learning capacity.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Familiarity with VR is a plus but not required; most flows are out-of-headset.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Experience with unboxing experiences and understanding what must be included in factory builds versus post-launch updates.</span><p><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> • Candidates focused solely on visual or UI design will not be a fit for this role.</span><p><strong style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> </strong><p><strong style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"> </strong><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $110.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job<br /> classification and length of employment.
